Nancy Wyman, State Comptroller was the speaker at our 2010 Annual Meeting. She gave us some very disheartening news about the present state of our state, yet, in the end said that it was up to us voters to remedy the conditions which have caused our state to be almost first in the need to recover. Her last word was to go out and vote.
