ID requirement for Voter Registration has become a new national issue. Our Litchfield Board contemplates making it our focus in the future. We must not stand by while some would make the requirements to vote so onerous that, according to a Bennan Center report, five million will not be able to meet them. See this US map which has Voter ID requirements by state and also both pending and failed state laws as well as other relevant information.
